Tatviya operates as an independent consultancy and escrow intermediary facilitating digital marketing services, YouTube audience growth advisory, and verified YouTube Brand Account transfers.
All channel transactions brokered through Tatviya require adherence to our 4-Step Escrow Protocol. Funds must be deposited into Tatviya's designated escrow holding before any transfer credentials or ownership permissions are initiated.
In adherence to Google's mandatory security architecture, full Primary Ownership requires a mandatory 7-day waiting period. Escrow disbursements will NOT occur until the buyer has verified uncompromised Primary Ownership and updated all secondary security credentials.
Channel sellers expressly warrant that: (a) they are the rightful owner of the channel; (b) the channel is free of unresolved community guideline strikes, copyright strikes, or financial liens; (c) audience engagement has not been artificially inflated using bot networks or fraudulent click farms.
Tatviya shall not be held liable for algorithmic fluctuations, YouTube policy revisions, or post-transfer content decisions made by new channel owners after the 7-day verified handover has concluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute or arbitration arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India.
